This Activity offers you some of beautiful view of the island, traditional Balinese Villages and fascinating insight into Balinese life, beliefs and culture through learning about its food, cooking and culinary myths.

The cooking class discussion are relaxed and friendly, and are held five times a week in the lush tropical setting of the family compound of you host. The chef and restaurant include specific references to the role of food in Balinese society, its ceremonial use and religious importance.

Participant learn about the exotic herb and species used in ceremonial and everyday Balinese dishes and are encouraged to actively help prepare the lavish Balinese feast that will then be enjoyed with a glass or two of the local rice wine, or homemade hibiscus tea. Alam Amazing Adventures is a professional rafting company that is ready to assist and accompany you to explore the beautiful panorama and the extreme currentof Telaga Waja river, Karangasem. This is completed 16 km distance in around 2.5 hours. Telaga Waja River is the main river used, as it is one of the best rivers in Bali that has various characteristics for white water rafting activity with a grading between 3 and 4.

Besides the extreme water-sport, you can also enjoy the beautiful panorama of the mountains, rice fields, and stone cliffs along the streamline, with the birds' chirping that fly freely in the nature. In some parts, you will experience the splash from the waterfall. You will no doubt be amazed and satisfied in exploring this beautiful river.
